Material requirements for hydraulic shearing machine tools
1. The bonding temperature of anti bonding hard alloy is higher than that of high-speed steel, thus it has higher anti bonding and wear-resistant ability.
2. Hardness: It contains a large amount of hard carbides and has a much higher hardness than high-speed steel. The higher the hardness, the better the wear resistance.
3. The toughness of ductile hard alloys is much higher than that of high-speed alloys and is not suitable for use in situations with strong impact and vibration.
4. The thermal conductivity of hard alloys is higher than that of high-speed steel.
