Noise control of high-speed punch press
The soundproof cover of high-speed punching machines has a significant noise reduction effect on punching machine noise. In current punching machine noise reduction projects, soundproof covers are basically used for treatment. Integrating multiple noise reduction methods to reduce the noise during the operation of the punch press. Of course, there are certain requirements for the design and production of soundproof covers for high-speed punching machines.
One is that it cannot affect the operation of the punch press. A closed soundproof cover will affect the entry and exit of the punch press materials. Therefore, we need to leave inlet and outlet openings for the material channel on the soundproof cover, and the inlet and outlet must be of soundproof type, otherwise there will be sound leakage. The general approach is to use soundproof channels and install soundproof curtains in the channels to avoid a decrease in the noise reduction effect of the hood to a certain extent.
The second is ventilation and heat dissipation. The heat generated during the operation of gantry high-speed punching machines is significant, and even this semi enclosed soundproof cover can affect the heat dissipation of stamping equipment. Therefore, ventilation and heat dissipation channels should be left above the soundproof cover, and mufflers should be installed to reduce heat dissipation noise.
Three use soundproof doors and windows, install soundproof doors and windows on the cover to facilitate staff to observe equipment operation and enter for maintenance.
In addition to these three, there are many other details that need to be addressed, such as lighting inside the enclosure, pipelines, chassis, etc. The specific measures to be taken will depend on the on-site environment. The goal is to ensure that the noise reduction of high-speed punching machines meets the requirements.
