Word:[Big][Middle][Small] Mobile page qrcode 2024/5/8     Viewed:
In order to improve the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools, technicians must conduct a detailed analysis of the errors in the CNC machining process, identify the causes of machining errors, and take corresponding measures in a timely manner to reduce production losses. Hengde Xin has compiled the machining errors and their causes of CNC lathes and high-precision CNC machine tools for you as follows:

Analysis of machining errors in CNC machine tools and their causes

1、 CNC machine tool

1. Processing errors caused by CNC machine tool errors: control system errors; Machine tool feed transmission system error

2. Processing errors caused by manufacturing processes: unreasonable process arrangement; Improper selection of cutting in and cutting out points

3. Errors caused by workpiece positioning

4. Errors caused by unreasonable programming

2、 High precision CNC machine tool

The outer circle of a high-precision CNC lathe is a cone: the connection between the front and rear centers is not coaxial with the spindle axis, which is caused by the incorrect position of the tailstock of the CNC lathe.

2. Workpiece vibration in turning CNC machine tools: This may be due to the tailstock sleeve being too long or the workpiece being too loosely supported, which may be due to the tool not being sharp enough or indicating a large arc, or the bearing clearance in the rotary center being too large. Or perhaps the gap between the medium and small slides is too large.

3. Circular jumping does not meet the requirements: The front center has a different axis and the wear of the main shaft or bearing causes circular jumping. The workpiece in the center hole of the rotating center is not clean or the center hole is spring, and it is stuck with the center rod of the heart. The end face of the disc causes the center hole to fail

4. Severe wear or bite on the center hole of high-precision CNC lathe: It may be due to the center being fixed without using lubricating oil, the spindle speed being too high, the core chuck not being clamped, and the workpiece stopping rotating during the turning process.

The sources of errors generated when using CNC machine tools to process parts are very complex. Only by correctly mastering the principles of CNC machine tools and strengthening the process knowledge of operators can we solve the problem of machining errors in CNC machine tools, improve CNC machining accuracy, and produce qualified products.
